 Pam & Randy Bye would like to welcome you to their new meeting/banquet facility located next door to The Chap Family Restaurant and the Chaparral Bunkhouse Motel . After opening in September of 2003, they have hosted events such as business meetings, wedding receptions, company holiday parties, organization banquets, anniversary parties, etc.
The 3600 square foot main room seats up to 400 people and can be divided into half or quarters depending on the size of the group. A complete on-site restaurant-size kitchen allows R & P Catering to serve everything from their reasonable priced menus of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and hors d'oeurves.
If you are looking to have a cocktail with your dinner, Timbermist can set up multiple bars as needed to accommodate your needs. If no liquor is desired we can remove the bar.
The 2600 square foot pre-function or foyer area surroundinng the main room, is appointed with leather sofas and Queen Anne chairs for your relaxation.
Don't worry about missing anything! Timbermist sound system allows you to hear everything that's happening in the main room with 16 speakers in the pre-function area as well as four in each quadrant of the main room and one in each of the four spacious rest rooms. For the business meetings we also have data hookups with high-speed internet.
